Our Services Older people with many co-existing medical problems necessitating multiple medications will receive a holistic review of the appropriateness of all their treatments, as well as advice on planning future care, options for staying at home or transitioning to residential care facilities and education and support for families and carers. Areas of special interest and research include dementia and dementia care, rehabilitation, Parkinson’s disease, falls and advance care planning. Access to coordinated, multidisciplinary outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation assessments can be facilitated. Assoc Prof Brennan is a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians and a member of The Australian & New Zealand Society for Geriatric Medicine. His areas of special interest include: Cognitive disorders and dementia, including Young Onset Dementia Parkinson’s Disease Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment including medication review and rationalisation End of Life Care Planning Depressive Disorders in Older Age Hours of Operation Monday: 1.00pm to 5.30pm Wednesday: 1.00pm to 5.30pm Dr Elizabeth Harper is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and member of the Australian and New Zealand Society for Geriatric Medicine.
